If you are dissatisfied with an order, please contact us within 10 days from the date you received the order.
Export 2002 accepts returns and exchanges with most products.
We will charge a restocking fee of 10% of the price of the product.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All products being returned must be in new condition with original packaging, post marked within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.
All refunds will be credited in Canadian Dollars.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records. Export 2002 is not responsible for lost return shipments.
